Pulari Victoria Inc. was established in 2005 as a cultural organisation dedicated to serving the Indian
community in Melbourne. In 2025, the organisation proudly celebrates its 20th anniversary, marking two
decades of cultural enrichment, community engagement, and heritage preservation.
Through the dedication of its members and volunteers, Pulari successfully organises a wide range of
cultural events and community programs, consistently overcoming challenges through collective effort and
commitment.
One of Pulari’s most anticipated events is the Pulari Annual Stage Show (PASS)—an annual celebration that
provides a platform for community members to showcase their talents. PASS not only highlights the rich
cultural heritage of the community but also serves as a vital fundraiser supporting Pulari’s ongoing
activities.
In addition to PASS, Pulari actively organises fundraising events, supports other community organisations,
and promotes multicultural initiatives within the broader community. In 2024, Pulari launched the Short
Pulari Film Festival, an initiative aimed at encouraging local talent in filmmaking and storytelling.
