On 21st October 2012 Berwick fields’ primary school witnessed more than seventy kids in colourful performance at various events on the stage. Kid’s day 2012 started at 10:30 AM when Pradeep Mayoth, Convenor Pulari Victoria and representative from kids’ wing lighted the lamp giving the show a traditional hue.
Children from all age groups participated in events like fancy dress, pencil drawing, colouring, song, and dances. Judges often found it hard many times to differentiate each performance to decide a winner. The day was enjoyed very well by kids and parents equally. And the entertainer by Magician Mr Twist was attraction of the day for all kids and very well received by adults too. Group dances by members from Pulari Kids wing and Dreams kids club at the end of the day left audience in a different world for more than an hour. The program ended with price distribution and a group photo of all participants at the end. At the end of the day happy faces holding their medals and prizes was a joyful sight for everyone.
